Dr. Ashraf F. Alqudah has more than 15 years of experience leading immersive study abroad and experiential learning programs in Jordan. He has mentored hundreds of international students through internships, research, intercultural learning, and community engagement experiences. Dr. Alqudah also has significant experience in academic research, publishing, and scholarly writing, with publications in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals. 

His work bridges psychology, global wellbeing, humanitarian action, and international education through collaborations with universities, NGOs, humanitarian organizations, and public institutions in Jordan and the wider region. Dr. Alqudah has worked on many projects with a wide range of local, regional, and international organizations. He has an extensive professional network and a deep understanding of Jordanian culture and society, creating academically rigorous and personally transformative learning experiences and mentorships for students.
